Navigator HR Consulting Solutions is seeking an Upwork/Technical Bidding Specialist with at least 1 year of hands-on bidding experience in software development projects. You will analyze technical briefs, scope solutions, and craft tailored proposals for Upwork and related platforms.

You will be the first contact for technical buyers, translating requirements into clear questions and milestones, while coordinating with the engineering team to close opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of hands-on Technical Bidding experience specifically for software development agencies or IT services.
• Ability to read, understand, and break down technical project briefs, including AI and custom web applications.
• Verifiable track record of bidding on, qualifying, and closing software development projects on Upwork.

Responsibilities

• Review Upwork project briefs daily and assess feasibility.
• Draft tailored, high-converting proposals based on tech stack.
• Handle initial client responses and ask technical discovery questions.
• Clarify requirements before involving engineering.
• Present technical case studies and live demos to build confidence.
• Track lead statuses and measure proposal outcomes.
