Job summary

Anviro, an AI services company in Islamabad, is hiring a Business Developer to grow our Upwork client base. You will take over our existing profiles, manage them, and craft proposals that earn replies and booked calls.

You’ll read projects in AI, automation or software to judge feasibility, track your metrics, and report on performance. This is a full-time role with direct access to leadership and a growing AI team.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of Upwork experience with proposals that got replies.
• Sufficient technical understanding to read AI/automation/software projects and judge feasibility.
• Organized and capable of tracking your own numbers and metrics.
• Business development or tech sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Grow our client base on Upwork by managing and expanding existing profiles.
• Maintain and optimize Upwork profiles to attract quality opportunities.
• Identify suitable jobs, understand client goals, and write proposals that get replies and booked calls.
• Convert proposals into confirmed meetings and opportunities for the leadership team.
