Mammoth-AI is seeking a results-driven Upwork Bid Specialist to identify high‑value opportunities, write customized, client‑focused proposals, and accurately position Mammoth‑AI services to solve client problems on the platform. You’ll manage client communications and timely follow‑ups, qualify leads, and coordinate meetings with leadership.

Success metrics include qualified meetings booked, higher proposal response rates, better conversion to discussions, and increased project value and revenue

Qualifications

• Proven experience winning projects on Upwork or similar platforms.
• Excellent written English and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of client needs and solution selling.
• Experience selling technology services is preferred.

Responsibilities
