MergeStack is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive new business on Upwork and other platforms. You will craft tailored proposals, pursue opportunities, and build lasting client relationships through strategic bids and effective communication.

The role requires strong negotiation and analytical skills, with a focus on market research and competitive pricing. This is a full-time position based in IT services and software development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year proven Upwork project experience.
• Proven bidder on Upwork and Freelancer with a portfolio.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication.
• Analytical abilities to evaluate project requirements and market trends.
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals.
• Self-motivated with goal-driven attitude and ability to meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop tailored proposals for Upwork and other platforms.
