Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business Administration, Tourism, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as Travel Coordinator or similar role.
• Strong understanding of travel logistics and visa procedures.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with travel booking platforms and administrative software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and book flights, hotels and other travel arrangements for employees and guests, negotiating cost-effective deals.
• Process invoices promptly and accurately, ensuring timely payments and records.
• Develop and maintain portal page for visa invitation letter generation for employees and customers.
• Maintain clear communication with internal/external stakeholders regarding travel arrangements, policies, and procedures.
