Job summary

Cybernet, part of Lakson Group, invites applications for a Management Trainee to join the Total Quality Management team. The candidate will support data analysis, reporting, and process improvement initiatives while gaining exposure to quality management and business operations.

You will collect and analyze operational data, assist in daily, weekly, and monthly reports and dashboards, coordinate with teams, and help maintain documentation as part of a growing enterprise IT and telecom

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
• Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting.
• Basic knowledge of Power BI is an advantage.
• Familiarity with SQL, Python, or other analytical tools is a plus.
• Ability to coordinate and follow up with different teams.
• Willingness to learn new tools, processes, and business operations.
• Proactive approach toward identifying issues and supporting improvements.

Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and analyse operational data to identify trends, gaps, and recurring issues.
• Support the preparation and maintenance of daily, weekly, and monthly reports/Dashboards.
• Coordinate with relevant internal teams for data collection, validation, and follow-ups.
• Support TQM team in process improvement and quality-related initiatives.
• Maintain proper documentation of reports, analysis, and assigned tasks.
