Cybernet, part of the Lakson Group, is seeking a Business Analyst to join the Business Development team. You will gather and analyze business requirements, prepare functional and technical documentation, and coordinate with stakeholders, developers, and SQA teams to deliver technology solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or a related field with CGPA >= 2.8.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years' experience.
• Strong understanding of OOP concepts and databases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience as a Functional Consultant or Data Analyst.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business and system requirements.
• Prepare SRS, FSD, API documents, and user manuals.
• Design process flows, use cases, sequence diagrams, and wireframes using Microsoft Visio.
• Act as liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure clear requirements.
• Support developers and QA teams in understanding system functionality.
• Analyze and troubleshoot processes or system issues.
