Responsabilités

• Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules to reduce machine breakdowns.
• Perform predictive maintenance and condition monitoring to anticipate failures and plan repairs.
• Troubleshoot mechanical equipment issues and apply fault resolution strategies.
• Conduct total productive maintenance activities to enhance equipment efficiency and lifespan.
• Use SAP S/4HANA PM/MM modules for maintenance planning, work order management, and spare parts coordination.
• Analyze MTTR and MTBF metrics to identify areas of improvement in maintenance processes and reduce downtime.
• Interpret and utilize technical drawings and AutoCAD layouts for accurate maintenance planning and fault diagnosis.
• Service workshop machinery and use alignment equipment to ensure precise mechanical operations.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on motor control centers and all factory machinery.
• Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure timely availability of spare parts.
• Maintain comprehensive maintenance records, logs, and reports to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Adhere to health and safety protocols while performing maintenance tasks to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to minimize impacts on manufacturing schedules during maintenance activities.
• Identify opportunities for improving maintenance strategies and propose upgrades to existing systems or workflows.
