Shangrila Foods (Pvt) Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Shift In-Charge Electrical with at least five years of experience in electrical maintenance and plant operations. The ideal candidate will oversee the electrical system's functionality during assigned shifts, manage a team of two maintenance personnel, and ensure continuous, safe, and efficient plant operations. The role demands strong expertise in electrical troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, and emergency response to maintain equipment reliability and energy efficiency. The candidate must be proficient in working with MDBs, MCCs, VFDs, PLCs, and familiar with SAP and MS Excel for maintenance records and reporting.

This position requires a hands-on approach to electrical testing and inspection, ensuring zero compromise on machine guard integrity and overall shop floor safety. The Shift In-Charge Electrical will regularly utilize knowledge of diagnostic routines and complex shift-related plant maintenance issues. A strong commitment to safety, reliability, and operational performance of all plant equipment is essential. • Oversee energy efficiency initiatives and ensure electrical systems operate within established safety and performance guidelines.
• Collaborate with the production and maintenance teams to address complex electrical maintenance challenges and shift issues.
• Plan and coordinate preventive and predictive maintenance activities to reduce breakdowns and extend equipment life.
