Shangrila Foods (Pvt) Ltd. is seeking an experienced Shift In-Charge Electrical in Karachi to supervise electrical maintenance on assigned shifts, oversee two technicians, and ensure continuous, safe plant operation.

The ideal candidate will diagnose faults, perform testing, and maintain the electrical system with MDBs, MCCs, VFDs, PLCs, and SAP and MS Excel for records and reporting. This hands-on role requires strict safety adherence, proactive maintenance planning, and the ability to support

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in electrical maintenance and plant operations.
Experience overseeing a small maintenance team.
Proficiency with MDBs, MCCs, VFDs, PLCs.
Familiarity with SAP and MS Excel for maintenance records.

Responsibilities

Supervise and lead a team of two electrical maintenance technicians during shifts.
Perform electrical troubleshooting and fault diagnosis to minimize downtime.
Conduct regular electrical testing and inspections of plant equipment for safety and compliance.
Respond to electrical emergencies and faults to restore operations quickly.
Maintain machine guard integrity and enforce shop floor safety standards.
Manage maintenance of MDBs, MCCs, VFDs, and PLCs for reliability and performance.
Use SAP and MS Excel for accurate maintenance tracking and reporting.
Apply Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen for continuous improvement in plant maintenance.
