Job summary

Motive, a global safety and operations platform, seeks a Benefits Associate to join our Total Rewards team in Lahore. You’ll help build a world‑class benefits function to attract, reward and retain talent, collaborating with HR partners, operations and finance.

This role will be located in Lahore with a requirement to commute to the office at least 2x per week. You’ll own day‑to‑day benefits management, Provident Fund enrollments, employee lifecycle events and compliance reporting, while staying

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in a benefits-related or HR Operations role.
• Strong customer service to assist employees and respond to communications in a timely manner.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Strong working knowledge of HR systems (Workday preferred).
• Willing to explore new and creative approaches with HR tech and solutions.
• Ability to work from 5:00 PM to 02:00 AM PK time zone.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for day-to-day benefits management with employees and benefit vendors.
• Coordinate Provident Fund enrollments and inquiries.
• Manage all aspects of the employee lifecycle related to benefits (new hire orientations, offboarding and general inquiries).
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of all benefit programs and eligibility requirements.
• Ensure solid backend benefits management hygiene and timely compliance reporting.
• Update Payroll/HRIS for Provident Fund deductions.
