Job summary

Motive is seeking a Benefits Associate to join our Total Rewards team in Lahore, Pakistan. You will help stand up a world-class benefits function to attract, reward and retain top talent, interacting with our HR business partners, HR operations, and finance teams.

This role requires commuting to the office at least 2x per week and a blend of entrepreneurial and hyper-growth experience in a fast-paced environment. Strong customer service and HR systems knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in a benefits-related or HR Operations role.
• Strong customer service to assist employees and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of HR systems (Workday preferred).
• Willingness to work across a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for day-to-day benefits management with employees and benefit vendors.
• Coordinate Provident Fund enrollments and inquiries.
• Manage employee lifecycle aspects related to benefits (new hire orientations, offboarding, inquiries).
• Maintain understanding of all benefit programs and eligibility requirements.
• Ensure backend benefits hygiene and timely compliance reporting.
