The successful candidate will help expand the reach of our training portfolio in the market while building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

• Proactively reach out to prospective customers via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and face-to-face meetings.
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, events, webinars, and referrals to nurture potential business.
• Identify customer training needs and recommend appropriate training solutions tailored to their requirements.
• Schedule, coordinate, and conduct meetings with clients and prospects to present offerings and explore opportunities.
• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and business pitches to support sales efforts.
• Maintain and update lead and opportunity pipelines using CRM or other tracking systems to ensure accurate reporting.
• Support the development and execution of sales plays and outreach strategies within the Business Unit.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, universities, and industry stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate internally with marketing and technical teams to align efforts and support business opportunities.
