Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-line hardware and software support to clients.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues across end-user devices and IT equipment.
• Collaborate with Development, QA, and other teams to ensure service excellence.
• Document and track client issues through ticketing systems; update customers on progress.
• Handle service inquiries, membership upgrades, event bookings, and other client needs.
