Job summary

Contour Software's Vesta IT unit in Pakistan is seeking an IT Support Engineer who thrives in a busy environment and communicates clearly with users. You will handle 2nd line support across desktop, server, AD, networking, and cloud services, while collaborating with a skilled team on project work.

Ideal candidates have IT/helpdesk experience, strong knowledge of Windows AD and networks, and are pursuing MCP qualifications.

Qualifications

Previous experience in an IT & helpdesk role
Good knowledge of Networks and Microsoft Windows Active Directory environments
Hold or be working towards MCP qualifications.

Responsibilities

Manage and service 2nd line support tickets by reassigning high-level tickets where necessary.
Configure client computer systems and assist with troubleshooting issues.
Understand endpoint environments, including support for Windows 10 to Windows 11, MS Office 2013 to 365.
Create and maintain end-user guides.
Record and document processes that include Problems, Changes and Releases.
Provide troubleshooting resolutions for Enterprise solutions such as Firewalls, Antivirus, Office 365, VOIP Phone Systems
Carry out routine maintenance tasks such as end-user patch management, asset tracking, and internal auditing.
