Job summary

Contour Software in Lahore, Pakistan, is seeking a high-energy Product Support Technician to join our Jonas Club ERP support team. You will be the first line of contact for club clients, diagnosing issues and guiding users through system usage in a virtual environment.

Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years in technical support, strong communication, and a growth mindset. The role requires adaptability, ownership of challenges, and the ability to work across Development, QA, and Product teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in software support, hospitality, club operations, or similar industries is highly desirable.
• 3-5+ years in technical support, customer service, or helpdesk environments
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and support platforms
• Knowledge of basic accounting concepts

Responsibilities

• Respond to clients via phone, email, chat, and ticketing platforms; diagnose and resolve issues with professionalism.
• Help clients maximize software value, explain feature usage, and recommend upgrades or best practices.
• Collaborate with Development, QA, and Product to resolve complex issues; liaise with club-facing roles.
• Track and document all support activity; maintain knowledge base updates.
• Assist with booking, membership inquiries, and club service coordination to ensure seamless client experience.
• Monitor feedback and contribute to process improvements to enhance client satisfaction.
