Zusammenfassung

10Pearls, LLC is seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead the Testing Capability function, ensuring governance, resource planning, and continuous improvement across projects and products. You will drive demand management, reporting, and transformation initiatives with senior stakeholders and delivery teams.

The role emphasizes automation, AI-enabled testing, and quality engineering practices to enable scalable, high-quality software delivery for clients across industries.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree in CS/SE/IT/Business Admin or related field.
10+ years in QA or technology leadership roles.
Proven experience managing multiple client engagements, programs, or portfolios.

Aufgaben

Lead design and continuous improvement of testing workflows and service request mechanisms.
Act as deputy to senior IT Test Manager in operational, delivery, and governance forums.
Own operational delivery of the Testing Capability service and ensure service levels.
Manage testing demand intake, prioritization, and distribution across testing teams.
Maintain 3, 6, and 12-month testing demand and capacity forecasts.
Coordinate resource allocation across project, product, permanent, contract, and outsourced testing teams.
Produce monthly Test Capability reports, dashboards, and metrics.
Support adoption of AI-enabled testing solutions and QA practices.
