Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/SE/IT or related field.
• 15+ years in software testing, test automation, and software development.
• Strong programming skills: Java, C#, Python, JS/TS, Kotlin, or Swift.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain and enhance scalable test automation frameworks.
• Improve test coverage and efficiency through robust framework design.
• Develop automated tests for web, mobile, desktop, API, and microservices apps.
• Write clean, production-quality automation code and reusable utilities.
• Participate in code reviews and improve code quality and scalability.
• Develop and execute automated API tests (RESTful/GraphQL).
• Perform DB validation using SQL/NoSQL.
• Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/Azure/GitHub/GitLab).
• Analyze pipeline failures and improve test reliability.
• Collaborate in Agile ceremonies and ensure quality across SDLC.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices.
• Support performance, load, stress, scalability, and basic security testing.
