Job summary

10Pearls is seeking a QA Lead to oversee end-to-end QA across enterprise projects, shaping testing strategies and ensuring high-quality delivery throughout the software lifecycle.

You will manage test planning, execution, automation using Playwright, and integrate tests into CI/CD with Azure DevOps, coordinating with business users, developers, and stakeholders.

The role demands 8+ years in QA leadership, strong communication, and mentoring skills to uplift the team and processes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a QA Lead / Test Lead managing enterprise testing.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for test management, execution, and defect tracking.
• Expertise in Playwright and test automation frameworks.
• Experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT testing.
• Experience creating QA artefacts and test documentation.
• Experience leading, mentoring, and supporting QA engineers.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end QA activities including test planning, test execution, automation, reporting, and defect management.
• Define and implement test strategies, test approaches, and quality processes aligned with project requirements.
• Configure and manage Azure DevOps for test planning, execution, defect tracking, and reporting.
• Create and maintain QA documentation including Test Approach, Test Plans, Test Scenarios, Test Cases, Automation Scripts, Defect Reports, and Test Summary Reports.
• Identify testing requirements and develop effective test cases to support functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright.
• Build and enhance automation frameworks to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
• Integrate automated testing into delivery pipelines and support continuous testing practices.
• Plan and coordinate testing activities across multiple products, systems, and integrations.
• Establish product readiness criteria and support supplier acceptance and UAT activities.
• Train testers and end users on testing processes, tools, and best practices.
• Demonstrate QA processes, automation capabilities, and Azure DevOps usage to stakeholders.
• Monitor testing progress, manage defects, identify risks, and provide quality insights throughout the delivery lifecycle.
