Qualifications
- 12+ years in software delivery or technology leadership.
- Proven experience managing multiple client engagements or portfolios.
- Experience leading large cross-functional teams and developing senior leaders.
- Experience with commercial performance, budgeting, and client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Own delivery, operational and commercial success of a client portfolio.
- Drive portfolio health with quality, predictability and outcomes.
- Manage cross-engagement priorities, resources and dependencies.
- Establish governance, rhythms, and delivery standards.
- Coach Engagement Leads and develop leadership across delivery.
- Build executive relationships and pursue account growth.
- Drive AI adoption and governance across engagements.
- Identify risks and lead mitigation and escalation when needed.
