Job summary

Pakistan Tobacco Company in Ghotki, Pakistan seeks a Territory Sales Manager to drive territory sales, market share and distribution while delivering high-quality trade marketing calls. You will supervise distributors, build strong trade relationships and translate market insights into actionable plans.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in business or related fields, with 1–3 years in sales or trade operations, and willingness to travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales or related field.
• Entry-level candidates with strong commercial potential may apply.
• 1–3 years of sales, distribution, trade marketing or field operations experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of trade marketing, customer engagement and distributor management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills with market insights to action.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Achieve territory-level sales, market share, volume and distribution targets.
• Deliver high-quality trade marketing calls across the territory.
• Execute national brand cycles and local priorities with discipline and pace.
• Supervise distributor operations and ensure compliance with the Distribution Manual.
• Establish positive relationships with trade members and outlets to gain market insights.
• Build relationships with distributors to improve processes and service levels.
• Use territory data to identify gaps and recommend timely actions.
• Coach field team members and reinforce performance standards and safety.
• Seek opportunities for continuous personal growth and development.
