Job summary

Unilever is hiring a Territory Manager for the Rawalpindi region. The role reports to Geography Sales Manager and covers local distribution, with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving digital and process improvements in the territory.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree and 1–4 years of FMCG sales experience, strong business and negotiation skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI. This is a full-time on-site position based in Islamabad.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 1-4 years of relevant sales experience in FMCG preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive the business to the defined sales targets and territory goals.
• Improve distributor and trade visibility within the territory.
• Coordinate with Distributor/Customer plans and executions.
• Negotiate Joint Business planning with customers.
• Plan and manage eRTM and route optimization for distributors.
• Support digital transformation agenda in the territory.
• Understand profitability and gross margin considerations.
• Lead and develop the local sales team and drive accountability.
