Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–4 years of relevant FMCG sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and attain distribution targets for the territory.
• Lead distributor partnerships and coordinate execution plans.
• Negotiate Joint Business Plans with customers to unlock growth.
• Plan efficient eRTM routes and optimize field coverage.
• Support digital transformation and monitor KPIs and profitability.
• Develop talent within the team and uphold key performance indicators.
