Pakistan Tobacco Company has an exciting opportunity for a Territory Sales Manager in Vehari, Pakistan.

Your key responsibilities include leading territory sales operations, driving brand performance, and ensuring strong RTM execution across outlets. You will coach 3P resources, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and use analytical insights to identify opportunities and drive growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Sales & Distribution experience.
• Strong analytical and reporting capability, including Power BI.
• Business graduate with good analytical/reporting tool understanding.

Responsibilities

• Lead territory sales operations in line with company strategy.
• Enhance outcomes by managing resources to meet sales goals.
• Ensure strong execution of business fundamentals across the territory.
• Drive brand performance with proper availability and visibility at outlets.
• Maintain RTM hygiene with effective coverage and product availability.
• Identify clusters to accelerate growth across FMC and NC.
• Analyze trends, identify root causes, and lead corrective actions.
• Engage, hold accountable, and develop 3P resources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align priorities.
