Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care Pakistan is seeking experienced professionals to support tender processing, bid preparation, and coordination with sales, accounts, and supply chain. You will manage customer master data in SAP, prepare technical and financial offers, maintain tender trackers, and ensure compliance with tender requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in tender processing and bid submissions.
• Ability to coordinate with sales, accounts, and supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Circulate tender notices and track bidding documents.
• Prepare technical & financial offers and upload on EPAD; dispatch to sales before due date.
• Coordinate with accounts for financial instruments; arrange performance securities and stamp duties after award.
• Create/maintain customer master data and SAP POs; manage stock coordination with supply chain.
• Maintain tender trackers, quotations, and records; perform other tasks as assigned by management.
