Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care Pakistan is seeking an experienced professional to manage complete tender processing, prepare and submit bids, and coordinate with accounts, supply chain, and QREM to ensure timely tender completion.

The role involves handling customer master data, creating SAP POs, preparing sales quotations, and maintaining all tender and record trackers in line with tender requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in tender processing and bid submissions.
• Ability to coordinate with accounts, supply chain, and other departments.
• Proficient in preparing technical and financial offers.

Responsibilities

• Circulate tender notices with the sales team and track bidding documents.
• Prepare technical and financial offers and upload on EPAD.
• Coordinate with accounts for financial instruments and post-tender duties.
• Collaborate with supply chain, accounts and QREM for required information.
• Create and maintain the customer's master data and SAP purchase orders.
• Prepare sales quotations and maintain tender trackers and records.
• Maintain all tender documents, customer POs, and financial records.
• Handle additional tasks as assigned by management.
