Job summary

Ricionline in Lahore is seeking a motivated sales professional to respond to client inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and email. The role involves understanding client requirements and recommending suitable services, such as ISO certification and training courses.

Experience in telesales or customer support, along with excellent English and Urdu communication skills, is required. The position offers competitive salary and growth opportunities within an international certification body.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of telesales/inside sales/customer support experience.
• Familiarity with ISO standards or B2B services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls, WhatsApp messages, and email inquiries.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable RICI services.
• Share quotations, brochures, and course schedules with prospects.
• Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM/client database.
• Coordinate with the Certification & Training team for smooth client onboarding.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of telesales / inside sales / customer support experience
• Excellent English and Urdu communication skills (Arabic is a plus)
• Confident phone manner and professional written communication
• Familiarity with ISO standards or B2B services is preferred
• Proficient in MS Office and basic CRM tools
• Target-driven with strong follow-up discipline
