Detailed Job Description

As an Implementation Manager supporting Huawei Pakistan for the Jazz Project, you will take full operational, tactical, and technical ownership of network implementation, project execution, technical coordination, and site deployment workflows across mission-critical telecommunications infrastructure. Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing end-to-end network implementation activities for RAN, 5G, and optical networks across regional deployment sites, coordinating technical execution between internal engineering squads, subcontractors, and Jazz project stakeholders, ensuring strict adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and technical specifications, conducting rigorous technical reviews, site readiness audits, and root cause analysis (RCA) for implementation bottlenecks, preparing comprehensive technical documentation of project execution plans, progress reports, and operational runbooks.

You will utilize your proactive troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills to resolve complex technical coordination and site deployment challenges under strict service level agreements. Furthermore, you will manage application requirements ensuring strict compliance with the 4 to 5 years experience requirement and professional availability across Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end network implementation activities, site rollouts, and project execution for the Jazz Project.
• Oversee technical deployments across Radio Access Network (RAN), 5G infrastructure, and optical transmission networks.
• Coordinate technical execution, resource allocation, and workflow synchronization between internal engineering squads and client stakeholders.
• Ensure timely project delivery while maintaining rigorous compliance with telecom quality standards and safety protocols.
• Conduct regular site audits, progress evaluations, and technical inspections of deployed telecommunications equipment.
• Provide expert level-3 technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA) for implementation anomalies and site delays.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 4 to 5 years of progressive professional experience in the telecommunications industry, specifically in network implementation.
• Strong, demonstrable hands-on professional expertise in RAN, 5G wireless networks, and optical network architectures.
• Comprehensive working knowledge and practical proficiency in network rollout execution, project management, and technical coordination.
• Deep practical experience managing implementation activities and ensuring timely project delivery in large-scale telecom environments.
• Solid practical experience in vendor management, subcontractor coordination, and telecom site acceptance testing.
• Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving capabilities under high-pressure conditions.
• Excellent written and verbal English and Urdu communication skills with strong executive leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
• Mandatory legal work eligibility and professional availability for operations across Pakistan.
