Automate BPO in Islamabad, Pakistan is hiring a Verification Specialist to validate customer information, confirm account activities, and ensure data accuracy across CRM and billing systems for telecom clients. You will perform phone- and message-based verifications, reconcile records, document outcomes, and escalate discrepancies to operations or technical teams.

You will maintain audit trails, meet productivity and quality KPIs, and adhere to data protection and client security requirements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in verification, BPO, telecom verification, or related roles.
• Strong attention to detail; ability to spot discrepancies in customer and billing data.
• Experience using CRM or ticketing systems to record/update verification outcomes.
• Proficient verbal communication for phone-based verifications and clear written case notes.
• Basic computer skills: MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with web-based portals.
• Ability to follow scripts, compliance checklists, and quality standards consistently.
• Time management and ability to meet productivity and quality KPIs in a BPO environment.
• Analytical mindset to reconcile information from multiple sources and elevate appropriately.

Responsabilités

• Verify customer identity, account details, and transaction records against source documents and CRM entries.
• Conduct outbound and inbound verifications via phone and messages using approved scripts and compliance guidelines.
• Compare and reconcile data from multiple systems (CRM, billing, provisioning) and flag discrepancies for escalation.
• Document verification outcomes, update case records accurately, and maintain audit trails for quality reviews.
• Collaborate with operations, technical support, and quality assurance to resolve verification exceptions.
• Meet daily productivity and quality targets and adhere to data protection and client-specific security requirements.
