Job summary

Global Leads BPO LLC is seeking a Verifier to confirm and validate information collected during calls and interactions, ensuring accuracy and campaign compliance. This full-time, on-site position is based in Rawalpindi.

You will review customer records, cross-check details against standards, and update internal systems with verified data, while communicating with customers or teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain organized documentation. Shift schedules apply.

Qualifications

• Strong data verification and documentation skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams in a clear and professional manner.
• Basic computer literacy, including working with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and call center software.
• Ability to follow structured processes, meet daily targets, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer service mindset, with patience and professionalism when handling inquiries and resolving discrepancies.
• Prior experience in a BPO, contact center, or verification-focused role is an advantage.
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business, IT, or related fields is a plus.
• Willingness to work on-site in Rawalpindi and align with shift schedules as required by campaigns.

Responsibilities

• The Verifier is responsible for confirming and validating information collected through calls and other customer interactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with campaign requirements.
• This full-time, on-site role is based in Rawalpindi and involved reviewing customer records, cross-checking details against defined standards, and updating internal systems with verified data.
• The Verifier will communicate with customers or internal teams to clarify missing or inconsistent information, maintain organized documentation, and follow set workflows and quality guidelines.
• The role also includes collaborating with supervisors and agents to resolve discrepancies, contributing to daily performance targets, and supporting continuous improvement in verification processes.
