Job summary

Zong Business Solutions in Pakistan is seeking a Grid Operations Engineer responsible for end-to-end Non-Telco/Telco activities within assigned grids. You will ensure network availability, manage operations within the Opex budget, and address MS-related matters, guiding field teams to rectify issues and improve key performance indicators.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and 2–3 years of experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
• 2–3 years of work experience preferred.
• Strong ownership, follow-up, and team management skills.
• Solid problem-solving and technical understanding of operational matters.

Responsibilities

• Monitor grid performance and ensure KPI compliance for maintenance.
• Manage OPEX within budget and optimize energy/DG fuel usage.
• Lead field teams and coordinate with regional managers to set targets and review KPIs.
