Job summary

You will coordinate with Regional FOPS Manager and TGLs to meet monthly targets, evaluate field performance, ensure compliance with network KPIs, and optimize DG/DC systems and energy costs across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
• 2–3 years of relevant work experience preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor grid performance and ensure network availability.
• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of access networks and generator sets.
• Manage grid operations within the OPEX budget.
• Optimize operational costs including electricity and DG fuel.
• Coordinate field resources, including cluster owners, riggers, and fueling teams.
• Support capability development of field teams and ensure KPI compliance.
• Coordinate with Regional FOPS Manager and TGLs for monthly KPIs.
