Job summary

TouchPoint Private Limited in Pakistan seeks a Customer Support Engineer to deliver technical support and service maintenance for self-service banking solutions deployed nationwide. You will perform hands-on troubleshooting, diagnostics and repair to ensure operational excellence and high customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will own issues end-to-end, log faults accurately, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex problems.

Qualifications

3–5 years in technical support or field services.
BE / B.Tech / BE or Diploma in engineering or related field.
Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and software components.
Self-motivated and dependable under pressure.

Responsibilities

Analyze and troubleshoot hardware, electrical circuits, and software issues related to self-service banking solutions.
Attend customer site visits, diagnose problems, and ensure accurate fault logging and resolution.
Take complete ownership of support requests, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
Collaborate with internal support teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Ensure customer satisfaction with timely updates on service status and clear communication.
Be flexible to work extended hours, weekends or holidays as required.
