Job summary

Lamipak in Pakistan seeks a field service engineer to deliver high-quality technical service for filling machines at customer sites, ensuring reliable operation and timely problem resolution.

You will analyze, troubleshoot and repair equipment on-site, document service reports, and uphold safety and quality standards while building strong customer relationships through clear communication.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge of filling machines and related processes.
• 5-8 years of hands-on field service experience with filling machines.
• Familiar with A3Flex, A3CompactFlex, A3Speed, A1, TBA8 and TBA19.
• Good understanding of Lamipak products application on filling machines.
• Experience using mechanical tools and measurement instruments.
• Ability to interpret electrical, mechanical and pneumatic drawings and diagrams.
• Good English communication skills.

Responsibility

1.Provide high quality technical service to ensure effective and reliable operation of filling machines at

customer site, reinstate the equipment into the production environment

2.Provide site service for customers as required including analyzing, troubleshooting and problem

solving

3.Reduce customers' operational cost, ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing high

quality services

4.Establish and maintain a continuous positive relationship with customers including support and

follow-up on customers' concerns and problems

5. Execute and complete all relevant reports in an accurate and timely manner.

6.Understand the importance of product quality and ensure a safe working environment

7.Other tasks assigned by Supervisor
