4-6 years of relevant experience in FMCG, preferably in food manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
Planning & Scheduling: Support creation of detailed project plans, identify task dependencies and maintain integrity of project schedules using tools like MS Project or Excel.
Productivity & Cost Reduction: Analyze improvement areas and initiate cost reduction plans.
Risk and issue management: Identify potential bottlenecks and document mitigation strategies. Maintain RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues and Dependencies) to prevent project derailment.
Governance & compliance: Ensure all documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes and change requests meets internal audit standards.
Stakeholder Liaison: Acts as a primary communication hub between internal technical teams, external vendors and clients.
Process Improvement and Optimization
Identify bottlenecks, design, and lead improvement initiatives to optimize workflows and reduce waste. Utilize methodologies like Kaizen, 5S, and lean six sigma to drive continuous improvement.
Development, tracking, and reporting of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of Operations.
Should have knowledge of project management software (like MS Projects) and data visualization tools.
Should be proficient in using MS Office.
