Job summary

Sharp Brains in Lahore seeks a resilient Technical Recruiter for 100% onsite night shifts (8 PM–5 AM) to source and close international candidates.

You will partner with global hiring teams, manage full-cycle recruitment for IT infrastructure roles, and build a robust pipeline across US and LatAm using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and ATS.

Fluency in English is required; Spanish/Portuguese is a plus; you will collaborate with stakeholders across time zones to deliver top talent.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Technical Recruitment (IT Infrastructure or Data Center)
• Willingness to work night shift 8:00 PM–5:00 AM, 100% onsite
• Advanced English (written & spoken); Spanish/Portuguese a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle for international technical roles from sourcing to onboarding.
• Strategically source passive candidates in LatAm and globally using LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards.

We are seeking a resilient and highly motivated Technical Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. In this role, you will be the bridge between our organization and the global talent market. you will work the night shift (8 PM – 5 AM) to source, engage, and close top-tier international candidates.

This is not a remote position; you will be working 100% onsite to collaborate with our internal stakeholders and hiring managers during overlapping hours. If you are a night owl with a passion for technology recruitment and a global mindset, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for international technical roles, from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Strategic Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean searches, and networking to identify passive candidates in the LatAm region and globally.
• Technical Proficiency: Recruit for highly specialized technical roles including, but not limited to:
• Data Center Engineers (Cooling, Power, Cabling, Deployment)
• Systems Administrators
• Candidate Experience: Manage a high-volume pipeline while maintaining a white-glove experience for candidates in different time zones.
• Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, define job descriptions, and set realistic expectations for the LatAm market.
• Market Intelligence: Provide insights regarding salary benchmarks, candidate availability, and talent trends in the US and LatAm markets.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in Technical Recruitment, preferably within the IT Infrastructure or Data Center industry.
• Shift Flexibility: Must be willing and able to work night shift from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM (100% Onsite).
• Technical Acumen: Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts (e.g., TCP/IP, server hardware, network topologies) with hiring managers and candidates.
• International Recruiting: Proven track record of recruiting for roles based in the US, LatAm, or Europe.
• Sourcing Skills: Expert in using LinkedIn, job portals, and ATS systems.
• Languages: Advanced proficiency in English (Written & Spoken) is mandatory. Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
