Sharp Brains in Lahore, Johar Town, is seeking an IT Technical Recruiter for the night shift. This on-site role requires sourcing and screening IT candidates, understanding technical requirements, and managing pipelines to meet SLAs. You will collaborate with internal teams and drive timely profile submissions.

The ideal candidate has 1–3+ years in IT recruitment, strong screening skills, excellent English communication, and the ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.

• Understand technical requirements and identify suitable profiles.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and interviews.
• Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely profile submissions.
• Coordinate with candidates and internal teams throughout the recruitment process.
• Meet daily/weekly recruitment targets and SLAs.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers.

Requirements

• 1-3+ years of experience in IT/Technical Recruitment.
• Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
• Good understanding of IT roles and technical skill sets.
• Excellent communication in English and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
• Willingness to work onsite from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM.
