Job summary

Sharp Brains in Lahore is seeking a resilient Technical Recruiter to join our onsite talent acquisition team. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for international technical roles, including LatAm and US markets, during the night shift (8 PM – 5 AM).

You will source passive candidates, engage with hiring managers, and ensure a white-glove candidate experience across multiple time zones. Proficiency in English is required; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably IT infrastructure or data center.
• Willingness to work night shift from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM, onsite.
• Advanced English (written and spoken); Spanish or Portuguese a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for international roles (US, LatAm, Europe).
• Strategically source passive candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and networks.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define roles and manage expectations across time zones.
• Provide market intelligence on salary benchmarks and talent availability.
