Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical recruitment, with a focus on international hiring.
• Experience in a recruitment agency or consulting firm is mandatory.
• Proven success recruiting for telecom and/or IT roles.
• Strong understanding of global hiring practices, visa processes, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for technical roles across telecom and IT domains, including RF Engineers, Software Developers, Cloud Architects, and Network Specialists.
• Source, screen, and engage candidates from international markets using advanced sourcing techniques and tools.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements, define candidate profiles, and deliver high-quality talent pipelines.
• Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience.
• Utilize ATS and CRM systems to track candidate progress and maintain accurate records.
• Stay updated on industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability across regions.
