Job summary

Sharp Brains is seeking an IT Technical Recruiter to join the recruitment team for the night shift, onsite at Johar Town Lahore. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals while meeting daily targets and maintaining strong candidate pipelines.

The ideal candidate has 1–3+ years in IT recruitment, strong sourcing and interviewing skills, and excellent English communication. Night hours are 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM in Lahore, with opportunities for growth and a professional

• Meet daily/weekly recruitment targets and SLAs.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers.

Requirements

• 1-3+ years of experience in IT/Technical Recruitment.
• Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
• Good understanding of IT roles and technical skill sets.
• Excellent communication in English and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
• Willingness to work onsite from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM.
