Job summary

Kodifly is seeking a detail-oriented Technical Content & Documentation Specialist to support our growth with technical content development, proposal management, and compliance across EOIs, RFQs, and RFPs.

The role focuses on drafting, coordinating, and ensuring the accuracy of technical and financial proposals, with collaboration across business development, legal, and technical teams to maintain high standards and on-time submissions.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in technical content writing, proposal development, or business documentation.
• Solid understanding of bidding and tender compliance for technical and financial proposals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to simplify complex information.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management under tight deadlines.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively with ownership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Business, or a technical discipline (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Proposal & Bid Management and coordination across EOIs, RFQs, and RFPs, including technical and financial proposals.
• Ensure submissions meet tender specifications, formatting standards, and compliance criteria within strict deadlines.
• Develop and manage technical and commercial documentation, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client requirements.
• Maintain and update internal document repositories, templates, and process guidelines for efficient proposal development.
• Support preparation of client presentations, partnership materials, and internal documentation.
• Collaborate with business development, legal, and technical teams to produce complete, compliant bid packages.
• Uphold confidentiality and ensure documentation adheres to internal and industry best practices.
