Job summary

Kodifly seeks a Technical Content & Documentation Specialist to support growth through technical content development, proposal management, and compliant tender submissions. You will draft EOIs, RFQs, and RFPs, coordinating technical and financial proposals while ensuring accuracy and alignment with client requirements.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in technical writing or proposals, strong communication skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years in technical content writing, proposals or business documentation.
• Strong understanding of bidding/tender compliance for technical/financial proposals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to simplify complex information.

Responsibilities

• Draft and coordinate EOIs, RFQs, and RFPs with technical and financial proposals.
• Prepare compliant tender submissions meeting specifications and deadlines.
• Develop and manage technical and commercial documentation and maintain internal repositories.
• Collaborate with business development, legal and technical teams to produce complete bid packages.
• Ensure confidentiality and adherence to internal and industry best practices.
