Job summary

Kodifly in Pakistan is seeking a detail-oriented Technical Content & Documentation Specialist to support growth through technical content development, proposal management, and documentation compliance for EOIs, RFQs, and RFPs.

You will develop and manage technical and commercial documentation, maintain internal repositories and templates, and coordinate client presentations and partnership materials while ensuring accuracy and alignment with client requirements.

Qualifications

2-3 years of experience in technical content writing or proposal development.
Solid understanding of bidding and tender compliance for technical and financial proposals.
Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to simplify complex information.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management under tight deadlines.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working independently with ownership.
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Business, or a technical discipline (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

Draft and coordinate EOIs, RFQs, and RFPs with technical and financial proposals and compliance forms.
Develop and manage technical and commercial documentation and update repositories, templates, and process guidelines for efficient proposal development.
Collaborate with business development, legal, and technical teams to produce complete, compliant bid packages.
