Job summary

Kodifly is seeking a detail-oriented Technical Content & Documentation Specialist to drive proposals and ensure compliance with EOIs, RFQs, RFPs, LOIs, and other tender submissions. You will craft technical and financial proposals and maintain aligned documentation.

Collaborating with business development, legal, and technical teams, you’ll ensure accurate content, standardized templates, and timely delivery in a fast-paced environment that values precision and autonomy.

Qualifications

• At least 2–3 years in technical content writing, proposals, or business documentation.
• Strong understanding of bidding and tender compliance for technical/financial proposals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to simplify complex info.
• Strong attention to detail, organization and time management under deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Business, or a technical field (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Draft and coordinate EOIs, RFQs, and RFPs, including technical and financial proposals, compliance forms, and supporting materials.
• Ensure submissions meet tender specifications, formatting standards, and compliance criteria within strict deadlines.
• Develop and manage technical and commercial documentation, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client requirements.
• Maintain and update internal document repositories, templates, and process guidelines.
• Support preparation of client presentations, partnership materials, and internal documentation.
• Collaborate with business development, legal, and technical teams to produce complete, compliant bid packages.
• Uphold confidentiality and ensure all documentation adheres to internal and industry best practices.

Job Description

This position requires a detail-oriented and proactive Technical Content & Documentation Specialist to support our business growth through technical content development, proposal management, and documentation compliance. The ideal candidate should be skilled in preparing technical and financial proposals and ensuring full compliance with bidding requirements such as EOIs, RFQs, RFPs, LOIs, and proposal submissions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Proposal & Bid Management

• Draft and coordinate responses for EOIs, RFQs, and RFPs, including technical and financial proposals, compliance forms, and supporting materials.
• Ensure all submissions meet tender specifications, formatting standards, and compliance criteria within strict deadlines.

2. Technical Content & Documentation

• Develop and manage technical and commercial documentation, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with client requirements.
• Maintain and update internal document repositories, templates, and process guidelines for efficient proposal development.
• Support preparation of client presentations, partnership materials, and internal documentation.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Compliance

• Collaborate with business development, legal, and technical teams to produce complete, compliant, and competitive bid packages.
• Uphold confidentiality and ensure all documentation adheres to internal and industry best practices.

Required Skills

• At least 2-3 years of experience in technical content writing, proposal development, or business documentation.
• Solid understanding of bidding and tender compliance, particularly for technical and financial proposal preparation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management under tight deadlines.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively with complete ownership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Business, or a technical discipline (or equivalent experience).

Additional Notes

• Experience in IT, AI, or Deep Tech sectors is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with government or enterprise tendering processes.
• Knowledge of software documentation and version control is a strong plus.
