Job summary

Kodifly seeks a Technical Project Specialist with a strong software development background to lead agile teams and drive technical delivery. You will collaborate with developers and stakeholders to manage sprint execution, validate architecture, and deliver scalable AI/ML-enabled infrastructure solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS/Software Engineering or related field.
• Strong understanding of distributed architectures and edge+cloud AI/ML workflows.
• 2+ years in Software Development (backend/frontend/full-stack) and 2+ years in Technical PM.
• Hands-on with Python, JavaScript (Node.js/React), or C++; CS+M experience preferred.
• CSM or equivalent certification preferred; familiarity with DevOps, Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD, Git.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with development teams to analyze requirements and craft solutions.
• Design and review system architectures; ensure robust edge-cloud integration.
• Plan, track, and deliver project scope, timelines, and milestones.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and maintain product documentation.
• Monitor burn or resource usage; identify risks and take corrective actions.
• Prepare BRDs, BBP, SRS and supervise MDM/UAT/SIT/SAT activities.
• Coordinate deployment strategies with DevOps; support CI/CD pipelines.
• Lead agile software projects using Scrum and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Mentor team members on Agile practices and engineering best practices.
