Job summary

EHB Technologies in Islamabad is seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive to lead end-to-end recruitment on-site in Pakistan. You will source candidates, screen interviews, and coordinate hiring decisions with stakeholders while building talent pipelines and supporting IT and non-IT hiring needs.

Develop employer branding initiatives, maintain recruitment data, and stay current with market trends to improve hiring strategies. This role requires strong communication and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end recruiting and hiring processes.
• Strong communication skills, with clear written and verbal abilities.
• Experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing.
• Knowledge of IT recruitment practices and tech talent sourcing.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, Psychology, or related field.
• Experience using ATS and professional networking platforms.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple requisitions.
• Strong organizational, negotiation, and data-driven decision making.
• Experience in technology, digital platforms, or startup environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle from requirement gathering to hiring decisions.
• Source candidates and screen interviews; coordinate with stakeholders.
