Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate relevant international projects
• Research clients and understand their requirements
• Prepare personalized and persuasive Upwork proposals
• Communicate with potential clients professionally
• Coordinate with technical teams to prepare solutions
• Manage opportunities throughout the sales process
• Support negotiations and work toward closing deals
• Gain exposure to LinkedIn outreach, lead generation, email marketing, and cold outreach for international markets
