Arwen Tech in Karachi seeks a Junior Project Manager to assist planning and execution of technology projects. You will coordinate with technical teams, customers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in related field required or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of experience in project coordination or PMO functions.
• Experience in tech/engineering projects preferred.
• CAPM, PRINCE2 Foundation, Agile/Scrum or similar certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in preparing and maintaining project plans, schedules, trackers, and status reports.
• Coordinate with technical teams, customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to facilitate project activities.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, issues, and action items.
• Follow up with responsible team members to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Prepare meeting agendas, record minutes of meetings, and circulate action points for follow-up.
• Maintain complete and accurate project documentation, including project plans, reports, customer communications, sign-off documents, and handover records.
• Support project implementation in line with the approved Project Implementation Plan (PIP).
• Monitor project progress and highlight delays, risks, issues, or resource concerns to the Project Manager.
• Assist in preparing customer status updates, management reports, and project presentations.
• Coordinate project kick-off, review, progress, and closure meetings.
• Support the collection of customer acceptance, project sign-off, and completion documents.
• Ensure project records and trackers are updated in the relevant project management system.
• Support cross-functional coordination between Presales, Engineering, Finance, Procurement, and other relevant teams.
• Follow company processes, project management standards, quality requirements, and customer requirements
