Job summary

Axiom World (Pvt) Ltd in Lahore, Pakistan is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead software and technology projects from initiation to delivery. The role requires strong technical PM experience and proven leadership with cross-functional teams.

You will drive planning, manage scope, timelines, budgets, and risks, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and ensure high-quality results and client satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field is required.
• 3–5 years of PM experience in technology/software.
• Certifications like PMP or Scrum Master are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of software development projects.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and risks.
• Coordinate with engineering, QA, UI/UX, and business stakeholders.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Monitor project progress, resolve roadblocks, and communicate status updates.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.
