Arwen Tech in Karachi seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead technology projects from planning to delivery. You will own detailed work plans, coordinate tasks and resources, and drive project performance across multiple initiatives.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and hands-on use of MS Project and Excel. Applicants should have a Masters degree or equivalent, 6+ years in project management, and a PMP certification.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in project management.
• Masters degree or equivalent required.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate implementation of designated projects from definition to completion.
• Prepare and review project plans, budgets and resource allocations.
• Lead project team members including engineers/consultants and coordinators.
• Produce project deliverables such as status reports, risk analyses and test plans.
• Ensure change orders are properly prepared and approved.
• Coordinate pre-sale/RFP stage proposals and contract administration.
